Regional/Portfolio Manager - Houston, Texas
We are growing and adding to our already successful team of Property Management professionals. We are currently seeking a Regional Supervisor for our Texas Region to include Houston and possibly San Antonio and/or Austin. Absolute requirements include current/recent experience in overseeing a portfolio of multiple multi-family properties as well as the onsite staff; must have current local (Houston/Austin and/or San Antonio) experience; and must be flexible to travel as needed to and from Corporate Office. Our division is expanding due to multiple acquisitions; region will be based largely upon new business. The Regional Supervisor is directly accountable for the overall profitability of assigned multi-family properties within determined region; the development and implementation of marketing strategies focused on achieving occupancy goals; maximizing rental rates and collections; monitoring and controlling expenses; and promoting Company's policy of outstanding customer service to residents. Will also work closely with clients, owners and Corporate VPs to ensure successful supervision of multiple communities. Director of Sales and Marketing - San Antonio, Texas
