He retains an active Texas Real Estate Broker's License. Todd holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin and is a Certified Public Accountant.

		Larry Vickers Regional Vice President lvickers@tarantino.com As Regional Vice President, Larry travels throughout the state, instilling the Tarantino way to ensure each property performs at its optimum potential. Larry possesses more than 20 years of experience in managing a diversity of mixed-use facilities, retail developments and Class A office towers ranging from 10,000 to over 1,000,000 square feet. Larry graduated from the University of Houston with a degree in Business Administration. He also has served in the U.S. Air Force and has held a Texas Realtor's license since 1984.				Peggy Rougeou Director of Commercial Leasing prougeou@tarantino.com Peggy Rougeou, Licensed Real Estate Broker for Tarantino Properties, Inc., specializes in office and retail project leasing throughout the Greater Houston area. In her twenty year career, she has represented property owners in the sale, marketing, leasing, and disposition of office and retail properties. Peggy has represented national, regional and local retailers throughout Houston. Peggy attended the University of St Thomas with major studies in Accounting and Business Management.

		Liz Westcott-Brown Senior Leasing Manager liz@tarantino.com Liz Westcott-Brown is a Licensed Real Estate Agent having over 20 years of real estate experience specializing in the leasing and marketing of commercial properties. She attended Stephen F. Austin University and the University of Houston studying Business Administration.				Kristin Higueros, MBA, Broker Vice President, Investment Sales kristin@tarantino.com Kristin Higueros, Licensed Real Estate Broker specializes in the sale of multi-family assets. She is responsible for analyzing property cash flows and property values for Buyers and Sellers to represent them in the acquisition and disposition of their real estate. Since 2002, she has sold over 4,000 apartment units and over 137,000 sq. ft. in commercial properties totaling over $145,000,000. Kristin received her Undergraduate Degree from Sam Houston State University in 1999 and holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas that she received in 2001.

		Eric Drymalla Commercial Leasing & Investment Sales edrymalla@tarantino.com Eric Drymalla, Licensed Real Estate Broker, specializes in commercial real estate brokerage services including project leasing, investment sales and real estate development. Eric has been successful in maximizing his client's returns on investments by analyzing the property performance and comparing it to the market conditions. Eric's success on property acquisitions and dispositions can be contributed to his understanding of current market trends and future economic benefits. Eric holds a Bachelors of Business in Marketing from St. Edwards University in Austin. As a native Houstonian, Eric has immense knowledge in the local market.				Nick Tarantino Vice President nick@tarantino.com Nick Tarantino, Vice President, is responsible for the investment brokerage, commercial leasing and new business development in Austin and the Central Texas Area. During his tenure, he has assisted clients in acquiring several investment properties, taking them from mostly vacant, managing the renovation and construction process, and leasing them to 100% occupancy. Nick graduated from The University of Texas at Austin, McCombs School of Business with his BBA in Accounting in 2005 and is a member of the T-Association for The University of Texas Athletics Letter Winners and a Leadership Committee member for the Texas Exes Young Alumni. Nick is also an active member of CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers), and RECA (Real Estate Council of Austin).

		Matt Phillips Broker, Senior Associate, Multifamily Brokerage matt@tarantino.com Matt Phillips, Licensed Real Estate Broker specializes in the sale of multi-family assets. He is responsible for developing new business, identifying and executing acquisition/disposition opportunities for clients, and providing professional valuations. Since 2003, he has sold nearly 6,000 apartment units worth over $250,000,000. Matt graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing in 1998. Matt is also an alumnus of the Sigma Chi Fraternity and is an Eagle Scout.				Forrest Bass Broker, Senior Associate, Multifamily Brokerage fbass@tarantino.com Forrest Bass, Licensed Real Estate Broker, is responsible for representing buyers and sellers on the sale of multi-family properties and holds in depth experience of the Austin and San Antonio real estate apartment markets. His services include identifying and evaluating acquisition and disposition opportunities. Since 2003, He has sold nearly 4,000 apartment units worth over $175,000,000. Forrest graduated from The University of Texas at Austin, McCombs School of Business with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. He is an active member of RECA (The Real Estate Council of Austin) and the Young Active Professionals of Austin.

		William Smith MBA, Investment Sales wsmith@tarantino.com William Smith, Licensed Real Estate Agent, specializes in the sale of multi-family assets. He is responsible for all aspects of the transaction process including underwriting/valuation, marketing, new business development and properly negotiating the acquisition and disposition of assets for clients. With previous commercial real estate brokerage experience, William has a broad understanding of the intricacies of multiple real estate transactions. William received his undergraduate degree in Business Management and holds a Master's of Real Estate degree from Texas A&M University. He is also an active member of the Society of Texas A&M Real Estate Professionals (STAMREP).
