Kristine Lilly is Tarantino’s commercial leasing representative for industrial/flex, office and retail properties in the metropolitan Houston area. Her positive attitude and responsive, committed, “ownership mentality” attitude has helped her successfully lease real estate space for Tarantino and its clients.  Kris has in depth experience and success with leasing medical office buildings. One of her recent, larger assignments was St. Luke’s Sugar Land Medical Plaza. 

Before joining Tarantino in 2006, Kristine spent 19 years in commercial property and leasing with Moody Rambin Interests, where she honed her leasing experience and commercial real estate skills while managing 28 buildings with multiple owners.

Kristine attended Michigan State University and holds an active Texas Real Estate Broker’s license. Professional affiliations include the Houston Board of Realtors, Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), and the Houston Office Leasing Brokers Association (HOLBA).
