Mike Mangum leads Tarantino’s property management, leasing, marketing and brokerage for office, industrial and retail properties for the San Antonio region.

Mike’s attention to detail and passion for client service has contributed to his success, including brokering multiple sales of industrial and retail property sales; negotiating of leases for industrial, retail and office space; and supervision of construction/tenant improvement projects.

Notable Tarantino clients include Noor Properties, Insu-Tech, and TF Realty Partners. Before joining Tarantino in 2001, Mike managed and leased thousands of square feet of Class A office space throughout his commercial real estate career.

He also has 19 years of experience working for various financial institutions. Mike attended the University of Texas-Pan American and holds an active Texas Real Estate Broker’s license. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.
