Grady Field, of Tarantino Properties – Austin, represented Kerbey Lane Cafe in the purchase of .78 acres of land located on Montopolis Dr. at Hwy-71 in Austin. The site will serve as a new corporate campus for Kerbey Lane. Dave Bair of Prudential Texas Realty represented the seller.
