Crystal Molinar is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with more than 20 years of experience spanning property operations, asset management, leasing, accounting, and financial management. Throughout her career with Trammell Crow, RREEF, JLL, and CBRE, she has managed and supported millions of square feet of office, retail, and industrial properties across Texas and throughout the United States. Known for her strong operational and financial expertise, Crystal has extensive experience in budgeting, capital planning, tenant relations, contract negotiations, annual CAM reconciliations, property tax protests, and asset performance optimization. She is passionate about building high-performing teams, developing future leaders, and creating exceptional experiences for clients and tenants alike. Crystal holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas A&M University and an MBA from The University of Texas at Dallas, providing her with a unique blend of strategic business insight and hands-on operational leadership that has driven successful outcomes throughout her career.
