  • Websites for individual properties that we own, operate, or manage (collectively, the  "Property Websites"), 

as well as through offline interactions where this Policy is referenced. 

This Policy is designed to comply with applicable U.S. privacy laws, including the California  Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA/CPRA"), and  other state privacy laws where applicable.

We do not use sensitive personal information for purposes unrelated to  providing housing services.
