March 27, 2020
In the last month, news of the COVID-19 virus has become the forefront of every person’s mind, regardless of where you live. As the virus continues to spread and affect many parts of the U.S. and the rest of the world, we want to assure you we are taking the health precautions seriously. The health and safety of our clients, tenants, residents, and associates at Tarantino Properties, Inc. is and will always be our top priority.
Tarantino Properties wants the best for each of our clients, tenants, residents, and associates. Learn how we’re responding to the COVID-19 virus here.
During this unprecedented time, we want to assure you that we have taken proactive measures to address the coronavirus situation in our communities, buildings, and centers. In addition to sanitizing all high-traffic areas, we are actively monitoring our employees’ health and are practicing the guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and government authorities.
Protect Your Family
Currently, the CDC knows that the virus spreads mainly from person to person contact, in particular those who are in close contact with one another. Specifically, health authorities recommend staying within 6 feet of one another to guard against respiratory droplets from coughing or sneezing.
Be sure to keep you and your family safe by considering the following health practices:
- Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. If soap and water are not available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer.
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
- Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
- Stay home when you are sick.
- Cover your mouth and nose with the inside of your elbow when you cough or sneeze.
Pro Tip: Do you think you may have COVID-19? Be sure to stay home, understand the symptoms, and get in touch with your health provider as soon as possible.
