Tarantino Properties secures renewal of Tellepsen Corporations HQ in North Houston

[Houston, TX] – January 2, 2024 – Tellepsen Corporation renewed and expanded its headquarters at Briar Center Business Park, bringing their total square footage to 58,282 square feet. Tellepsen is a well-known full-service construction company specializing in projects such as healthcare facilities, high-end buildouts of law firms and many other complex projects.

Briar Center, a 140,865 square foot, flex industrial business park consists of 3 buildings in North Houston with easy access to I-45, Beltway and North Hardy Toll.

Landlord was represented by Mike Nilsen with Tarantino Properties, Inc. and Tellepsen was represented by Matt Trozzo of JLL.
