Coni Jenkins leads Tarantino’s property management, leasing, marketing and brokerage for office, industrial and retail properties for the San Antonio region. She is also responsible for property and facilities management for State of Texas owned office facilities in five regions across the state and management/compliance for five HSP – HUB Programs.

Coni’s attention to detail and passion for client service has contributed to her success, including owner representation, negotiating of leases for industrial, retail and office space; project management and supervision of construction/tenant improvement, development and implementation of an extensive Preventative Maintenance/Certification Program and numerous facility maintenance projects. Her vast experience includes turning around distressed properties – successfully transforming them into profitable assets for clients. Before joining Tarantino in 2008, Coni spent 24 years successfully managing commercial and multifamily portfolios consisting of millions of square feet and thousands of units in seven states.

Notable clients include Noor Properties, TF Realty Partners, Bardin Properties and the State of Texas including property and facility management for 49 State Agencies. Coni has managed and leased millions of square feet of commercial space throughout her 32 year career in real estate management.

Coni holds an active Texas Real Estate License. She attended the University of Texas at Arlington majoring in business administration and marketing. Professional affiliations include CREW – San Antonio Chapter, the International Council of Shopping Centers and previously served on the State HUB Program Vendor Relations Committee. She was awarded the 2010 Fit Texas Award by the Texas Governor’s Office and served as a motivational spokesperson encouraging corporate wellness groups to commit 30 minutes a day to exercise. In her spare time she enjoys fishing, cooking and spending time with a large extended Czech family.
