Traci Liebl, Commercial Property Manager, is responsible for office buildings and renovations. Traci has been with Tarantino Properties for over 5 years, and has over 12 years of experience in commercial management. Traci specializes in office buildings. Her experience includes producing the annual budget for the properties, handling payment of property taxes, insurance and all payables for the property. She is responsible for managing all building services contracts including landscape maintenance, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, janitorial, dumpster service and all repairs and maintenance whether it be capital improvements or normal operating expense repairs for tenant suites and common area locations. She is also responsible for rent collections, operating expense reconciliations, tenant improvement projects and any and all tenant related needs or issues. Traci is excellent in communication with the property owners and keeps them updated deals directly with the landlords of each property to keep them updated on a monthly basis through our Monthly Financial Reports that are available to each owner, as well as on a daily basis if needed with tenant, property, or accounting questions. She handles all construction projects that are completed on each property. This involves dealing directly with the construction companies and supervisors as well as coordinating with the tenants and subcontractors. Traci graduated with a BA from Stephen F. Austin State University and also holds a Texas Real Estate Salesperson’s License. Traci was born and raised in Houston and enjoys spending time with her entire family. She has 2 sisters, 1 brother and her parents have been married for over 47 years. She considers her 9 nieces and nephews as her own children. She loves spending time with her and her boyfriend’s families, as well as reading, shopping, boating, and going on weekend trips out of town.
